InFrll.com - Fake Product Received

On **rd Sep.****, I placed an order of THOR * Dual Chipset Technology *G LTE Camera WIFI GPS AMOLED Smart Watch with the order I’d number ******.
The product received is not genuine as per the pictures shown in the website and also features are not as per the details mentioned. I placed a return request on the same the product received and I have placed return request thrice but no reply is there from company’s end. Also, as per the website we can only place a return request within * days of product has been received but after placing three return request and contact us form there is no reply. I request you to please help me with return of this fake product and getting my money back.
