Haritu Trading Private Limited - Fake product received

This is a formal complaint regarding a fraudulent transaction for order I placed * days ago. I applied a promotional coupon while shopping and paid ₹*** for a functioning electronic item. However, the package shipped from Howrah contained a counterfeit, inert plastic shell that lacks any internal electronic components. It completely fails to charge, power up, or connect, acting solely as a dummy showcase piece. The delivered item is an outright scam and a severe departure from the product description provided on the website. If a full refund is not processed immediately, I will escalate this matter to the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) and file a formal grievance for unfair trade practices
