Retailnet - Fake Product mismatch return cancellation

I ordered a Kamiliant by American Tourister Kam Triprism Sp Check-in Luggage - ** inch
Black from Flipkart on **th August which was delivered on **th August. The seller was Retailnet. I raised a return request on **th August as for some personal reason I didn't need the product anymore. The return was rejected and cancelled thrice stating product mismatch, when no pickup executive even arrived to pick up the product, noone called me. When I made the calls, noone picked up. This happened thrice. Flipkart is also not helping me in any way. Hence I am making a complaint here, please resolve this matter for me. Order number is OD******************.
