I've ordered Sony headphones and earbuds combo in the website *k**offers.com on *nd April ****. I got delivered the product on *th April ****. The product I received is totally different from the image they've shown on the website. They sent me a fake product. I tried to return the product but there's no response from their side. I mailed about this issue many times. But I didn't receive any emails from their side. Please rectify me with this issue ASAP. With this, I've attached the product's image.
