Nutrimed - Fake product delivered

I called the customer care number given on Nutrimed website to order a product( whey protein). The customer care executive told me to make payment via PayTm to another number. The number was **********(Pramod Chauhan). When i received the product, it was not genuine. When i filed a complaint with customer care, they told me that the person to whom i had made the payment has left the company. Also when i messaged Pramod Chauhan on whatsapp, he blocked me. Customer care is also not answering my query as why customer care executive told me to make payment to that number.
