i ordered shirts from shopzia.in ,which i got to know from Facebook adds, i was not sure about the company so i placed COD for this order.
But when i received the product i was shocked because all * shirts are very cheap and poor quality more even none them are matching with the shown images.
so that i mailed them about the return and refund but none of them replied me back. After waiting for *-* days somehow i managed to contact them by call and tell my problem.
They said You will get a call on next day regarding this and your issue will get resolved.But it's been more then ** hours still they are not doing anything.
Totally fraud.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
