Herodeal.in - Fake product delivered

I had placed an order for Bose Soundlink Revolve+ Wireless Portable Bluetooth Speaker (see pic Bose Speaker.jpg attached) vide Order No. #*** (Tracking Id: *************) delivered at Address: **-***/**/**, Plot Nos. ** & **, Venkateswaranagar, ECIL Post, Malkajgiri on May **, ****. However, when the product was delivered it did not match the purchased product (see pic Fake Product.jpg) and moreover, the delivered product is not original Bose but a fake. I agonize about the trick played on me and wanted to return the product and demanded a full refund. I had submitted the online form for return and refund on the herodeal.in site on May **, ****. However, there has been no response from them to date. I had paid cash on delivery of Rs. ****/- (Rupees Three Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety Nine Only).
