Bankokmart - Fake product delivered

I ordered this product "http://www.bankokmart.com/electronics/bose-soundlink-mini-ii-wireless-bluetooth-speakers-carbon/p-*******-***********-cat.html#variant_id=*******-***********" but they delivered some fake speaker with very bad quality. After that I am calling them but nobody is picking it and nobody is replying on email.

Bankokmart – Different and faulty product delivered. Open

The online site advertised for MI power bank and a fastrack wrist watch. But the product which was delivered was faulty and was not branded. Both the products are not there in workingcondition.
