Ordered boat headphones cause it was out of stock everywhere else, received the parcel today and they have sent some cheap china companies headphones which are broken too. No response can't return back on website too.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
