Drano india - Fake product delivered

I had ordered Boat Rockerz *** pro combo from Drano India on *th January ****. The product got delivered on **th January. Both the wireless earphone boxes were not sealed. The boxes did not have any add on accessories like manual, charging cable, warranty card etc. The earphone clearly look fake or a cheap copy. How can they open an e-commerce website and sell fake products openly?
