I ordered a saree on **th sep from online website kalyanisilks.com based on the picture. But I received a similar product with wrong cheap fabric. I asked for return pick up and refund. There is only one WhatsApp phone number to contact. I received reply that courier company sent it wrongly but can be picked up only after *-* weeks. Till now, no response or refund.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
