smartbracelet.in - Fake Product Delivered

I saw an ad on instagram of a smartbracelet for rs **** and thus ordered one on Nov ** ****.
I received an email stating that my order is confirmed and i have to pay **** as COD amount.
The product was received on Nov ** **** and the shipment was delivered by a courier company called Delhivery.
The product was order from Aligarh.
What I received inside was a wrist watch, a copy of Calvin Klein worth ***rs.
On the very same day I send an email to the address provided on the website then * more the next day i.e. **th Nov
No customer care phone number is provided on the website. It has been * days but I havent got any response of the mail.

The sender's address as on received on the parcel is based on Uttam Nagar, Delhi
