Vle Bazaar - fake product delivered

I had placed an order for MI Band * on *th Jan and paid payment of Rs *** online. The item was received on **th Jan. When the item was delivered, the box was open and the product inside wad fake. I raised a return request on **th Jan itself. Post that, I have been continuously following up for the return of product, but no executive has come to collect the product. Also, my amount has not been refunded yet. I called up customer care so many times, but no response. Attaching order email, shipped email and return request email.
