Driftdeal - Fake product delivered

Ordered a JBL speaker worth Rs.**** two days before and got it delivered this afternoon. Upon opening the contents, I discovered that it was a cheap unbranded speaker. I demand a refund. I realise that there are a lot of complaints against the said company, so I would like to know if there is a possibility of public acknowledgement of this issue.
