Dear Sir/Madam,
I had ordered a Kurti worth Rs ***.** online website www.shrugi.com on dt **/**/** on COD . This is for your kind information that i have received a fake low quality product (Kurti) on dt. **/**/**** against my order no: SG************ ordered on dt **/**/**** worth Rs ***.**.. I've tried a lot to contact their customer care having phone no given in the website (i.e, ***********) or *********** mobile no contacted from their side before delivery on COD. But, i couldn't able to contact them on either of the mobile nos. Again, later on i came to know that this company is trying to make fool people by selling poor quality of products against the actual products shown in the website. I have gone through various consumer complaints sites regarding their activities in various websites. So,i tried to contact them to return my money by several emails, but could not get any positive response from them.. They don't have any option for refund of product in their website.. So, it is now very difficult to contact them.
Therefore , i requested you to kindly look into the matter seriously and take necessary action against this website & help me refund my money ASAP..
