Foreo - Fake Product Delivered by Amazon

Hi Team,

I purchased a product from Amazon.in on **th Aug'**. It was a facial Massager manufactured by a company called foreo.

After some days we faced some technical issue with the product.So, we contacted the manufacter's service centre and they confirmed that product is fake

We contact amazon regarding this and they conveyed that we can't do anything in this.

In the website amazon has specified that we provide genuine products and ***% original products.

I want to register case against amazon for this as they are being doing this with lot of consumer. however, no one has the proof to logged a case against amazon.
