I ordered apple AirPods for **** from Jameshop.co.in and I made a payment through Paytm QR code for ****. However, I missed adding the field “what is this for”. Hence I sent a mail of the Paytm screenshot to jamehops@outlook.com.
I had received the product on **th Apr and I asked to pay Rs **** as they have not received any intimation on Paytm remittances.
On receiving the product I was shocked to see that the product is fake and not the intended apple AirPods as advertised. This seems to be a fraud company and please assist to investigate and help me in getting a refund of **** paid to this company.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
