Soundxpert.co - Fake product delivered

I ordered a wireless neckband and a colour fit smartwatch from Soundxpert but I received some Polaris headphones. There is no watch in the bag which I received today. This is too much they display some product and deliver some useless products. I also sent a mail stating this issue but no reply till now (support@soundxeprt.co). I request you to help me to get back my money. Kindly do the needful.
