All Eye Over Here - Fake product deliver poor quality

I had placed an order to this Instagram shopping site AEOH ( All Eye Over Here) on the **th April ****. I had asked about return policy etc and she replied saying it was "truly representative" and hence no refund but I can exchange if I wasn't satisfied with the material etc. I received the package on *th May **** and saw it once I reached home. The pictures uploaded and the products look completely different and were horrible. I texted her again asking for a refund or an exchange and there was hardly any reply from her. She said no refund as it was truly representative but it wasn't. The material wasn't the same as mentioned nor was the design and pattern and overall gave a horrible look. I speak Rs. ****/- on it and there was absolutely no reply from her side. I cannot even use it as it looks like costumes and not lehengas. This has mentally traumatized me as I used the money I saved up to buy clothes for my friend's wedding and now the wedding is also over. Please help.
