Healthking hair remover - Fake product and no refund

I bought a product from this online platform called Healthking India. I asked for COD ,the website said COD not available at my Pincode. I paid through debit card. They delivered the product after ** days. I found , the product as fake and did not work at all as claimed. Next day I write to them for return for which they refused. They said according to their return policy, I can return * days after the purchase. How can I return a product when I haven't received it. What they are saying is cancellation of order not return. They have also stopped replying to my mails and i have no other contact of them.
