I'm Sakaar Srivastava, on **th September at *:** pm I made a order for two pairs of shoes of brand PUMA by the seller on Instagram "theshoerac" of amount ₹****(both shores), today I recieved my parcel and when I opened it, I received the fake product, and now I'm trying to contact the seller they are not answering my questions now.
I have made a video while opening the product when I recieved.
