Shethevibes - Fake Parcel

On **/**/****, I saw an advertisement on Facebook and placed an order for * suit sets. But instead of the ordered items, I received a fake parcel containing one torn suit piece and a dirty jeans. This is clearly a case of fraud.
The seller has cheated me by sending wrong and cheap products. I suffered both mentally and financially because I spent my hard-earned money expecting genuine products. I also wasted my time and energy in this process.
I request strict action against the seller and want my refund along with compensation for the mental harassment caused
