I ordered * items(* lehngas and * gown) in place of which I got * other items (sarees)that too very cheap ones. I placed a return request but didn't got any response.i also mailed but it was not delivered. I sent messages on facebook page through messenger too but no answer was there even after reading the message. I have my order details also and a video also as proof of what I got in place of my order.write now I'm sending the picture of my order as video can't be sent.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
