Countryard Imperial Inn And Suites - Fake organization need to cancel my membership

I first received a call to attend a seminar with family, and was then convinced by their sales team to buy the Golden membership from Countryard Imperial Inn and Suites (CIIS). They shown their group of *-* star hotels worldwide and shown the booking details of other guests(all were fake, now I understand). Well, i fall in trap and booked the golden membership and paid around ***,*** to them in Oct'****. Now, since then i tried to book for my holidays with them for couple of times, but every time either they offered a * star category Hotel and made some excuses. So, i never used their services, and then Covid happened. Now, i am trying to contact them from last *-* months and no one is there to even respond on my emails. I did a mistake on believing this CIIS team and they have looted my hard earned money.
