Dear Sir/Madam,
I have recently purchased battery power bank device from https://www.thefactorysale.com site. The Headset was not working properly and ***** mah sony name was wrongly marketed by them and its not really upto ***** mah battery. They cheated. I want to lodge a complaint on this against this site. I have multiple times to call they number they provided **********. They provided the site https://www.thefactorysale.com/pages/contact-us to reach them in the number and the mail id of (Monday to Friday from ** am to * pm )
Email : info.qualitybestbuy@gmail.com . No response from this email id. Please help me to lodge a complaint and block this site and reported as a fake website in cheating the people.
