Sbi - fake offer on sbicard

I have got the call from SBI team regarding the credit card and confirmed its a life time free credit card which they are offering me as corporate offer. But later when i have got a confirmation call from team they said its chargeable yearly with ***rs. Then i decided to not to go for further So, i declined. After that i have got a call from same executive stating that they don't know who is existing customer so they will tell like that but you accept the card its a life time free credit card. Then i have accepted. After receiving the card and when i check in my account they charged me with annual fee in *st month statement. Here the problem is they have given me a false information about a product . I contacted them and requested a call for many times but NO CALL received from responsible team.So followed through emails But they just wasted time until the *st month statement got generated and sent me a reply that i have to pay the fee.I requested them not charge any further until they provide any resolution on the issue, But NO-RESPONSE. Why should i pay the fee if its not my mistake. Please help me i tried to reach them multiple times but not hepful.
