Resource Management - Fake offer letter

I was searching for job on nokri.com and i got acall from some number and give me address "B */* , opposite Kotak Mohindra Bank paschim vihar" and asked me for money in tbe name of job and give me offer letter which is fake and tell me we will call you after one week for traning...but then they send me wrong addresses for joining ...its been * month now...and they are not responding
