I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding my recently purchased Google Pixel *a device, which has completely stopped working within a few days of purchase. Product Details: Product: Google Pixel *a *G (Chalk, *GB RAM, ***GB Storage) Order Number: ***-*******-******* Purchase Date: ** April **** Delivery Date: ** April **** Purchase Amount: ₹**,*** Purchased From: Amazon India Issue Details: After using the phone for only a few days, the device suddenly shut down completely and is no longer powering on. I contacted Google Pixel customer support and also visited the authorized service centre for inspection. To my surprise, the service centre informed me that the device is already showing as “Out of Warranty,” despite the phone being newly purchased from Amazon in April ****. I have attached the invoice, device photos, IMEI details, and service centre status screenshots for your reference. This situation is extremely disappointing and unacceptable for a premium smartphone purchased with a significant amount of money. As a customer, I trusted both Google and Amazon while purchasing this device, but instead I have faced mental stress, inconvenience, and financial loss within days of purchase.
