ABHIJEET NIMBALKAR filed complaint against Nirmiti Resorts & Clubs on Oct 25, 2019
Hello,
I have the membership of nirmiti resort for ** year alternate for *****, they promise me * star hotel , when I made first booking they send the list of resort to choose after I select rajstan fort chanawa and send the booking form one and half month in advance, after ** days I do not get any confirmation of booking so I called customer care, they replied the hotel is going under maintenance so no rooms are available, when I check on other sites the rooms are available, but they denied the booking and removed the hotel from list of booking , after I book home resort baywatch Express then within * days this hotel is removed from the free booking,
Look like they don't want to give the booking to me , after they send me another home resort purple orchid resort , which I do not find on google too, after accepting the resort offer few days later they inform me the resort is full for my dates.
Nirmiti clubs membership is a fraud please avoid buying any membership, they are just making us fool. Please let me know how to take legal action against them, I have agreement sign with them, I appeal to goa police please take action against them,
