Nirmiti resorts and clubs - Fake membership of Nirmiti resort given

We have bought Nirmiti membership in **** when we visited GOA. They promised us lots of fake and false expectations during a time of purchase. We searched the list of their hotel and resort and also the DAE (dial and exchange) however we couldn't find anything after we took the membership. Till now we have not taken any service from them . They have changed the resort list in the next month when we bought the membership. Now since last * years they are not reachable on mails and mobile. We have paid Rs. ****** as membership charges for ** years plan. We wanted to cancel the membership, but they were saying it's not refundable. Need your support and guidance to get our hard-earned money back. Please help.
