Kurl On - Fake Mattress

Hello Team,

I am really disappointed with the Kurl On shop Behaviour and selling of Kurl On Fake / Incorrect product.
I have booked King Size Kurlon -Coir Mattress- Pochampally- Dr Sleep (see attached image of Queen Size mattress). However, to my surprise the shop has delivered me the product- Foam Mattress- Pochampally M- Elan.(see attached).
And now the Shop is denying on the product and telling both are same. They made me to talk Kurlo On Seller having contact no. **********, the person from Kurl On is telling me that sticker doesn't matter the products are same and the company has stopped manufacturing the Coir Mattress for Pochampally. This is really surprising to know itself from Kurl On people that the stickers they put like DR. Sleep and all are just for advertisement and they are all same and of no use.
Now the shop is telling me that both products are same and they are just selling what company sent them. Although I have only booked the product due to its description as Coir Matress -Dr. Sleep and they delivered me a Foam mattress. They are not ready to make a refund and telling me they will try to bring the coir mattress from Kurl On. However it is already mentioned by Kurl On people that, they are not manufacturing this. So I suspect they will just put the sticker for namesake and will show the same mattress as Coir Mattress.I am also not sure why the shop has taken the order when the product itself is not available.
I want a strong action and money return back and will put this up to Consumer Forum against Kurl On for misleading customers and selling Fake products.Even I found that this Pochampally Mattress is no where listed in Online Kurlon. I suspect this is totally fake.
