Bhavani Fancy Store 1st Cross Mahadevapura Outer Ring Road Bengaluru - Fake Lakme Kajal sold by retailer not ready to take return

I bought a Lakme Eyeconic kajal (black) from nearby shop in Mahadevapura, Bangalore named Bhavani Fancy Store. Though the packaging looked similar, once I opened the pack, the kajal stick had many discrepancies than the original one I have and is easily recognised as a fake one. Starting from the brand name to the made in part all looked different. Also some of the writing on the kajal stick is already wiped. I talked to the shop owner about it and he denied it with many reasons [ including he just bought the shop and the one sold to me was from the old owner to may be there is one duplicate in the lot etc.]. He is not ready to take it back. Could you please help take appropriate action in this regard? Otherwise people who distribute such fake items always get away with their wrong doings.
