I am received IRCTC RAILWAY ONLINE Data entry job... For mail... The person Rajeev Kumar (Executive)

If work finished the Data entry job amount will refund amount.... But I am complete my work and send tha same mail id... The person send if salary paid means send GST **rs it's refundable amt....
But I paid Indian Railways name for account why... Then why possible to fake...
I am not paid GST charges the person say if you not paid means salary will not pay...
Then I say it's ok send my * deposit amount... But the person not proper response... Kindly solve the issue
