Insight training and Management services - fake job promise

I have given interview for data entry job and they finalozed me on **th of march and asked me to join the job from **th of april and asked me to pay **** rupees but I have only **** rupees at that moment.When I told them I will not pay they told me that you will not be given letter of job so I paid them **** rupees and they told me to join from **th of april
After that I received a call and they asked me to join from *th april and when I asked them on *th of April they told to join on **th April and when I called them on **th of April they just exended the date and from that date they are just extending the date and now they are not picking call
