A to Z solution cuttack - Fake Job Offer

I am from Ranchi and i heard about a company in cuttack from my friend that offers jobs through their contacts.So i go their and contact them for job,firstly they say about all the document verification process after that they demand for fees that i submitted through online payment after *-* months again they call me and told to submit more fees,and i submitted that time also.Then i call back to them to ask for what happens to my letter/job then they say after * month you will get.But after * month i also don't get any information from them.Lastly i go their and say to refund my money they give me a cheque which has been outdated due to lockdown (corona virus) then after lockdown i again go their for new cheque,but they didn't give me new cheque instead they OVERWRITE in cheque and when i say this cheque doesn't work they say it work no problem and when i give my cheque to submit in bank it doesn't work.From the first day when i go their to talk about job to this day when i write this it happens * and half year.please help me to refund my money back and do a suitable punishment to this fraudsters.
