Jobs4india - Fake job offer using name Tata

I got a message from BZ-ILCJOB having text :
"Recruitment ****
You Are Invited For Interview In Tata
For the Cross Verification Send Us Your Resume
To This Whatsapp No.**********
ILC"
Then I sent a resume to them in the mentioned number.
They replied with the offer letter within seconds in which it is mentioned that I need to submit money. But tata never asks for money to submit.
Now they are asking other details.
The e-mail that is in the pdf is:
hiring@jobs*india.info
This all happened on ** August ****.
I recieved the text message @*:**pm
