Travel on time - Fake job offer made to pay for Visa charges

Dear Sir/MadaI am writing with regards to the job posted by one of the merchant on Naukri gulf website/App. Their name is Travel on Time. They have a badge besides their name and posted jobs. The HR name is Priya Shah. I was selected for the Store Assistant job in ( square engineering consulting LLC) Abu dhabi.
I was provided the offer letter by Travel on time on the company letterhead
. I was told to pay refundable **k for the recruitment process. I paid the amount in August **** via bank transfer. After so many request on the job follow ups by me in Feb the owner and the HR of the placement Travel on time told me to take the refund. They were not getting any clear picture when the visa will be issued. So I told them to process the refund.
Since last * days they made me fool of starting the Refund process but until now no further step was taken. They have completely stopped answering my calls. Their office is also closed. My money is not refunded and I am completely awestruck. Naukri gulf is a renowned company and I feel they should not be having such experiences. I request you to URGENTLY look into this matter. Please provide some help as to the Merchant owner's contact information. Please treat this as important. My money is lost. I want your help to get the money back.
