career visitor - Fake job offer complaint against the agency Career Visitor com

I came to know about Career Visitor, an agency from Kota Rajasthan online. I was told that they provide assistance in getting a job abroad. I received a call from the agency asking me to pay Rs. ****/- online on **th Sep **** as Get Started fees. The next day I was asked to pay another Rs.*****/- as documents verification charges. They asked me to pay another Rs. *****/- as Job Ministration Services. I followed up with them for * months after that. Initially, they responded by saying that it is getting delayed due to the pandemic situation. Later on, they stopped responding to my calls and emails. They removed their website also.
I complained to the PMO Grievance cell first. They asked me to Contact Labour Commissioner Jaipur. He asked me to contact Divisional Joint Labour Commissioner Kota. He asked me to file an FIR against the agency. When I went to file an FIR to my nearest police station, they asked me to contact Cyber Crime Cell.
Nobody is addressing my issue and helping me in getting my money back. They are just asking me to go here and there.
So, I am registering a complaint here expecting that your agency will not ask me to contact anyone else, help me in getting my hard-earned money back and take severe action against the agency which is looting people like me in the difficult period of the Corona pandemic.
