RSP International Overseas Employment Services - Fake job offer

We got a call from Coimbatore branch office of RSP international regarding a job in Canada myself and my cousin registered for a job in Canada we were asked to send all a proof they send us the details regarding the job and the spoke to us about the payment in the payment procedure was starting we have to pay ***** rupees for my job and for my cousin it was ** **** it was for the registration of LMIA as it was mandatory for jobs in Canada after payment that told that will get appointment letter in our hand before the payment I had an interview from overseas number and on the next day I got the job confirmation letter the first payment was done by me they have send me international account it was union Bank account send the payment and after sharing the screenshot he send me the employment letter both of us to send the medical certificate and my medical certificate was sent to them after sending the medical certificate once I send the payment first he was he send me the phonepe number of but the payment was fail again I send the amount I ask them about the account number and he send me RSP international official Bank account, Union Bank I have send the payment through phonepe and it was success after a week he told me visa process have been started and they started to ask my brother's payment he was not feeling to pay all of a sudden and he asked proof of their company for example company ID card the person selfie Aadhar Card etc this send me the ID card of that particular person and he also send the selfie after saying that my cousin ped ***** you also ask that he wants to visit the branch office after visiting the branch office if he is satisfied heel pay the balance amount is ***** and the manager of rsv international Mr Kumar all the conversation was with Mr. Kumar the Manager of RSP international Coimbatore branch on **th of January **** I have made the payment online December **** and my cousin made the payment on **th December ****. All they are proof the receipt of the payment that appointment letter and the employment letter all the copies have been attached in this complaint as they agreed visiting the branch Coimbatore branch directly by my cousin and me on *th January **** I have send message in WhatsApp weather he will be there in the branch office on **th **th January but unfortunately the SMS was not seen by the manager and when I notice related for * days * days continuously I have send messages to him but have notice the messages when I check all the probes whatever he has sent to me was deleted and also the WhatsApp account also was the activated I tried calling to mobile phone the mobile was switched off even I tried calling to the official number branch office number it also was switched off.
