shine hire Placements Service - Fake job consultancy duped me of Rs

This fake job placement consultancy(Shine hire Placements Service Private Limited, email id: alert.shinerecruiter@gmail.com) Duped me of ₹***** on the pretext of promising a job in Wipro company. Key people in this fake job consultancy is Jyoti Jha(+************).This consultancy states that it belongs to Shine.com and extracts money stating that they give you job in Wipro and other MNCs like TCS, HCL etc.
She started by saying that I applied to an advertisement by Shine.com for the post of 'Business Analyst' and then started luring me by saying that I need to pay ₹**** for attending an online test on IndiaBix.com( which is otherwise free for all).Then Jyoti Jha said that I need to pay **** for my document verification from Wipro company and took my money through online mode to an account which belongs to Santosh Sharma(Account Number: **********, Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited). After that she told me she will give me refund but the limit for transaction is ₹***** so I need to transfer ₹**** more to get a refund. In this way this fake consultancy duped me of ₹*****. I want my refund at the earliest. I want the refund back into my account. I have all the recordings of conversation held with Jyoti Jha(Linch Pin of this Consultancy) and I will produce them as and when required. Please take action against this fraud.
