Quick Tech Sources - Fake Job Company Refund not provided even after 4 months

On **th July in **** my brother was looking for a work from home job and he got a call from Quick Tech Sources, Karol Bagh, Delhi. They called him up to their office for a formal discussion and I, went along with him. After the discussion they said that they can help him in getting to * interviews for him that will provide him a work from home opportunity but we'll have to pay Rs *,*** for it. So we paid them the amount and the first interview was scheduled for **th Aug. When we went for the first interview, there we were told that the job requirement was an in the office job and not an work from home job. Also, the job required the candidate to be in a calling process whereas my brother had specifically asked Quick Tech Sources that he was only interested in a Chat Process.
After this Quick Tech acknowledged the mistake on their part and sent my brother to a company in Connaught Place where the same thing happened. After this we waited for a month to get another interview scheduled from Quick Tech but that did not happen.
On **th September my brother filled for a refund from Quick Tech Sources * months after visiting them for the first time. The refund was supposed to arrived within ** days (** November from the date of their acknowledgement which was *th October) but the guys over at Quick Tech Souces Mr Adish and Mr Ankit keep on delaying the refund. My brother also got an email from them on **th December that he would get his refund by **th December but that also did not happen. It is **th January **** and we are still waiting for a refund.
