Fronsa Bercyz - Fake items delivered

I have ordered for Gucci loafers and Hugo Boss T-shirt from Fronsa/ Bercyz online site. When it was delivered after ** days I was disappointed to find that both the items are fake. The T shirt has no quality and the Gucci loafers was packed in a Chinese labelled boxing fake dust bag and fake shoes.I contacted them for my refund and they told they cannot refund .After wards I called them many times but they are not picking up my call. They regularly change their number and their company identity. I want to make sure that no body gets cheated hereafter. They are selling cheap Chinese make fake luxury designer brands products. I can clearly show that the items they have given me is fake one.I want my refund and compensation for my time and money.
