Fronsa com - Fake item has been delivered

Fronsa.com is a online shopping website.
They sell international high end brands.
Before ordering i called them to confirm the product they sell is original or fake.
Their representative said "we sell ***% genuine products with company invoice and * years warranty"
They said they have previous year collection so they are giving discount.
So i ordered a belt of salvetore ferregamo and received product.
But there is no bill or any invoice or any kind of warranty card.
After calling or messaging there is on reply from them.
Please help.
