Kids Park - Fake item delivered and then returned and ignored

I bought Stanley x LovEshackFancy | **oz ( authentic ) from kidspark.co.in and instead or original I received a fake one. They told me they will replace it with original one then they started ignoring my calls and messages then one they they arrange pickup and now I lost my money as well as the product. They are not picking up calls and reply to email or messages.
