Vodafone Idea Private Ltd - Fake International Calls in bill

I am using local and std calls and the company has charged me for several ISD calls that I never do even don't know the numbers . I got my billing details from one of the Vodafone stores and to my surprise there were quite a number of calls that were different from my phone log book. I sent an email to the appellate email id but the response was negative hence I need assistance to get the refund back.
