Agoda com - Fake hotel business for my booking

I have booked hotel in Agra for my family from agoda.com and hotel name is Grand sparrow inn.
Member id:********* and booking I’d :*********

When I reached to hotel and hotel is denying the booking saying they have no relation with agoda. And agoda is doing false and fake business.
I had to face hassle with my family and need to search hotel in unknown city.

My money also is not refunded.this is big scam agoda or hotel is doing doing and taking customer money. Please be careful booking hotel from agoda and this hotel in Agra.
