National Handloom Emporiym - Fake goods

I bought * saris from National Handloom Emporium, Jaisalmer for Rs***** on *th August ****. They assured they would send it to our hotel Rang Mahal the next day. While we were leaving they said as it's raining they would post it to Mumbai at our residential address and we would receive it on the following Monday.
When I received it much later on **th August ,I was shocked! I had only received * saris and the saris were the same colour but very poor quality. I called them up straightaway and complained. But they refuse to own up.
Please please help.
