I have placed an ordered for a Visuo xs*** drone on **/**/**** with Markroo.in vide order No.***** and made an advance payment of ₹****.** on *th July'** through Razorpay payment ID pay_CppxvbTyrWZVnR. The consignment was supposed to be shipped within * to ** days as per Markroo.in website but till today i.e. even after ** days my account with Markroo.in is showing the status of this order as processing. I have tried to contact Markroo.in but didn't get any response from them. I would therefore request you to take up the matter with Markroo.in to resolve the issue at the earliest Thanks
