JVS IMMIGRATION SOLUTIONS PVT LTD - Fake Employment Services

JVS Immigration Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a Fraud Company for employment in overseas.

I receive a mail from Vanshika, from Marketing team, who selects my CV from one of the job portals and promised a job placement in canada.
I believed her and paid Rs. ****/- on ** Feb **** as Pre-assessment fee. An initial round of interview was conducted, where i was provided with the questions asked, and was told i have cleared the interview. post that i need send all my transcripts, Passport, experience affadavits, bank statements etc.

these are the details provided for the company

Then they charged me **,***/- before any Interview (paid on **th Feb ****). I was assigned one case Manager named Arohi ( # **********), I am sure it is not her original name. She begins Interview process in the first week March and my Interview continues till date.

Agents working for JVS immigration services call from Canada posing as Canadian consultants(Phone no. is +*********** Anna, Jake, Sally etc...), and ask standard google questions. the interviews pattern is that every *-** days one technical round and one managerial round. I will be disqualified in Management round ever since, there will be a standard template mail chain sent to me stating "This is to inform you that your Management round result is negative due to answers were lack of Knowledge in field of specialization and also not given the good reference, we have arranged a fresh technical interview on date X and feedback will be on X+* days", claiming that I lack knowledge in my specialization field of Project Management whereas I have worked with multiple companies on-site as well as off-shore, I have worked ** years in IT industry which includes USA Experience * years and * years in Australia and New Zealand.


They arrange calls at dead of night around ** am (schedule will be like *PM to **AM, always get a call at *:**AM next morning) when half of the world is asleep. Most absurd is that the numbers don't have incoming. They don’t even arrange Google meeting or Zoom meeting or Skype meeting, something very strange.
I plead before the investigating authorities to probe this matter profoundly and carry out raid in its Office which is located in: ***, *th floor Hemkunth Chembers, Nehru Place, New Delhi - ******.

Also request you to get refunded my entire fee of Rs. **,***/- and documentation and courier charges of Rs. ****/- which is my hard-earned money.

Please consider my issue on priority and resolve it.
