https www enticfashion com - Fake delivery and nor response from customer care

I am writing to raise a concern regarding an order I placed on from website "https://www.enticfashion.com/". I had ordered the following items:
Chikankari Exclusive Kurti Pant Pair (White) – ₹****
New Trend Chikankari Special Ethnic Set (Peach) – ₹****
Total Order Value: Approximately ₹****
However, to my surprise and disappointment, I received kurtis in grey and red colors, which are entirely different from what was ordered. Moreover, the items received are of substandard quality and do not match the product description or images shown on your website.
I also attempted to contact customer care team via email to resolve the issue, but I have not received any response so far.
I kindly request your urgent assistance in addressing this matter. I would appreciate a prompt resolution.
